Kipp Bedard is the former career-long Vice President of Investor Relations at Micron Technology [NASDAQ: MU]. He also served as President of the Micron Technology Foundation, formed to advance science and technology education and support civic and charitable institutions. Mr. Bedard for three decades has been a trusted resource to investors on Wall Street and in global markets.
Gary Hunter is a former major-league sports business executive, litigator, magistrate judge and college athletic director. He served as athletic director at two NCAA Division I schools, Wichita State University and the University of Idaho, as well as associate director of athletics at the University of Kansas and as athletic director at Fort Lewis College. Mr. Hunter has served as the senior executive vice president of the owner of the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche, was the leader of Denver’s effort to develop the Pepsi Center, and was raised in a car dealer’s family.
Tony Maher served as Chairman and CEO of his own company and of public company PCS Edventures, a provider of hands-on math and science curriculum for K12 students. Mr. Maher has extensive experience in a public company’s interactions with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has solid experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and has direct experience in taking a company public. Mr. Maher is well versed in finance, operations, sales and marketing, and has a unique ability to recognize and solve both process and people problems quickly.
Scott Peyron is the founder of one of the Pacific Northwest’s leading strategic communications and marketing firms. His role as founder of Peyron Strategic Communications (www.peyron.com) is as counselor and strategist to Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 clients in reputation, marketing communications and public affairs. Mr. Peyron was an instrumental strategist in the development of Tamarack Resort in Idaho — the first U.S. four-season destination ski resort developed in more than 30 years — and a contributor to the resort team’s sales of $500 million in real estate in its first six releases of private property overlooking Lake Cascade in Idaho. His agency has been involved in the automotive business, and represented a 10-company dealer group’s sale to the late Larry Miller, then owner of the Utah Jazz.
